The following guidelines pertain to the use of Moshions’ online shopping platform, referred to as “Site”.
Terms and Considerations
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Restrictions
You agree that you will not: (i) use this Site to reproduce copyrighted material; (ii) copy, store, edit, change, or prepare any derivative work of or alter in any way any of the content provided on this Site; or (iii) use this Site in any way that violates the terms of this Agreement.
As between you and us, you acknowledge that we own or have a license to all titles and copyrights in and to the content provided on this Site. All titles and intellectual property rights in and to the licensed content provided on this Site is the property of the respective content owners and may be protected by the applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties, and subject to use restrictions under such laws or treaties.
You will not: (i) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any other person or entity; (ii) engage in spamming, flooding, or harvesting of email addresses or other personal information, spidering, “screen scraping,” “database scraping,” or any other activity with the purpose of obtaining a list of users or other information, or send chain letters or pyramid schemes via this Site; (iii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems through this Site; (iv) transmit any viruses or any other disabling mechanisms; (v) use this Site for any illegal purpose, in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (vi) engage in any internet activities that would violate the privacy rights of others; or (vii) attempt to penetrate security measures of this Site or obtain or bypass others’ passwords. You agree that you will not use this Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair this Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of this Site.
Moshions will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these above-mentioned and below-mentioned Terms if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its control.
Order
When your order is received, Moshions will confirm the purchase via an automatic e-mail to the email address shared. The e-mail notification is a confirmation that your order has been received by Moshions, but does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
Moshions has the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Moshions will contact you at the email address provided about its decision to accept or reject your order. In case of order rejection, Moshions is not entitled to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay Moshions for the order.
Availability
Products on the shopping platforms are subject to availability. In the event that Moshions advises you that such products are no longer available, Moshions will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay Moshions for the order. This Site ships products in all regions accessible by DHL.
Price
You agree to pay Moshions the amount set out as the “TOTAL” in your order summary as part of the “Payment” step (the “Fee”). The Fee is quoted in currency of choice and includes shipping and handling and all applicable taxes.
How to Pay
When placing an order, your billing address must relate to the address of your credit card, otherwise the order will not process. Gift cards and gift certificates will not be accepted on this Site. On the online shop, you may pay for your purchase using a valid VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card or PayPal and you authorize Moshions to charge the indicated card for the Fee.
Moshions works with DPO Group to ensure utmost security and confidentiality for any credentials. At the final stage of your purchase process, you will be redirected to a safe DPO gateway page and submit payment. If your card is rejected due to any circumstances, your order will not be shipped and Moshions will not fulfill your order.
Shipping, Delivery & Return
Your order will be shipped to the addresses specified by you during the order process. The delivery takes up to 15 calendar days. Moshions is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from premises to your delivery address. We encourage you to immediately indicate when you receive a damaged package or refuse it altogether.
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or full refund to our store in Kigali – Moshions will take care of the return shipping costs within 15 days of the actual purchase. The item should be accompanied by the printed or email receipt.
All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in the original packaging and in perfect condition to be accepted.
Items such as necklaces, face masks, and personalised orders cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Kindly check the return eligibility under ‘Return Note’ on the product page.
How to Return an Item Ordered on
- Write to customercare@moshions.rw or call +250 788 645 543 to inform us of the issue.
- Fill in the Return Voucher provided to you inside the packaging.
- Organise the parcel as indicated on the Return Voucher or from our customer care agent.
- Hand over the Parcel to Our Shipping Partner DHL.
